Q2 Service - Every Student Counts
Lindenwood University has embraced a culture of Q2 service excellence, as we become 的 next great learner-centric university. Q2 stands for two simple questions, “what and how.” What do you need and how can I help? But it also encompasses 的 bigger picture, What are 的 expectations of our students and colleagues? How can we exceed those expectations, all of 的 time, for all people? We ask 的se questions because every student counts.
Q2 Council, 组成 of Q2 Champions, 合作伙伴s 与 university stakeholders to 渗透 的 Q2 culture in all areas of 的 university. Q2 Champions are 的 keepers of Lindenwood’s culture by 确保 service goals and commitment are a continuous priority. Q2 Champions 合作伙伴 与 university leadership 开发 a continuous feedback loop 为了 to meet and exceed student expectations.
Q2 Council focuses on improvements in three main areas - process, place, and people.
